Resumo:Journalism is present in Cinema, through characters who helped build myths. The journalist hero and villain are represented in different films from different eras. The unscrupulous journalist is one who uses the news to them, has no commitment to the truth or to the community which makes part.This paperaims to study the journalist villain, through the character of Vladimir Castro (TonicoPereira) owner Journal "the trumpet", the movie "O Bem Amado" (2010)of Guel Arraes. To understand the factoid "Sucupira shark", resorted to the newsmaking hypothesis (news production) with the contribution of Hohlfeldt (2011) and Wolf (1985) as well as the essential ethics for professional communication in the light of the teachings of Christofoletti(2008) and Fidalgo(1997).
