| Resumo: | With this research is pretended to comprehend how sustainable practices are in a retail service environment, and for that, the research was performed on a shopping mall in São Paulo. There, the following research problem was developed: What are the sustainable impacts applied to a shopping mall"™s retail services? The research procedure was the exploratory one, according to Cervo and Bervian (2004). And the method used was the qualitative research method one by Merriam (2002). To achive the necessary data, seven interviews were performed, based on four semi-structured scripts according to Manzini (1990/1991), based on the references. The results displayed that the Shopping Center Eldorado presents sustainable practices under the environmental, economic and social points of view. |
