| Sumario: | The present paper presents the main challenges and changes that the Sars-Cov-2 (COVID-19) pandemic brought to the export market. Some more common types of viruses will be exposed, sanitation processes adopted by the government, possible beef hazards, such as physical, chemical, and biological. International standards and their agreements will be presented, just as pointing to the possibility of future changes in the beef certification processes and variations in exports of the 2020 first semester to the same period of the previous year. A Qualitative research methodology was used in this article, more precisely the bibliographic research carried out on government websites, reliable research institutions and articles indexed in scientific journals. |
