| Resumo: | The aim of this paper is to study the proposals for curricularization of university extension in the Pedagogical Projects of Courses (PPC) of the Federal Institute of São Paulo, Campus São Paulo (IFSP-SPO). This research has a qualitative and documentary approach, using PPCs as a source of information and the Content Analysis (CA) as a technique to evaluate the documents. Theoretical-conceptual contributions have been provided by Gadotti (2017) and Lisbôa Filho (2022), who defend the educative role of university extension and its potential to transform reality. The analysis has been focused on five PPCs of three different types of courses: Teaching Degree, Technology and Bachelor’s degree, which have different curricular designs in relation to the inclusion of extension courses in their curricula. It was found out that the majority of IFSP-SPO higher education courses suggest the curricularization of university extension in specific extension disciplines. However, there are distinct levels of articulation between the extension and the constituent items of the PPCs, as well as different curricular designs among the courses. |
