| Resumo: | This article aims to analyze, to preliminarily approach on the legality of the teaching of Pedagogy of Alternation in Community Schools Rural Family Houses (ECCFRs) for teenagers from 14 to 16 years, highlighting the negative decisions of the State Board of Education Para (EEC / PA) which these students in the age range specified, are not allowed to enter the teaching of ECCFRs, considering that work developing in the Pedagogy of Alternation methodology is not a type of education to be child exploitation practices. To deconstruct the understanding of the EEC / PA, it was necessary to seek the emergence of the teaching of Community Schools within the Pedagogy of Alternation methodology, and thus presenting it as a field of education alternative in the world, and particularly in the state Para, whose focus is the consolidation of sustainable family farming having education as a priority instruments. Then, it is an approach to child labor as an educational teaching from cultural perspective, in order to deconstruct the claims present in negative decisions permits and renewals of ECCFRs in Pará the EEC / PA. |
