Resumo:This work presents as subject “Urban Agriculture: ruralidades in the intra-urban space of Montes Claros, MG” and have as objective generality to know the paper and the importance of urban agriculture in the interior of the urban space of the city, as a dynamic activity, not pertaining to the urban logic, producing a space of agricultural-urban interaction specific, in the context contemporary. For in such a way, analyses bibliographical and documentary, interviews half-structuralized next to the agriculturists had been carried through, iconographic production, as well as the identification and mapping of the busy areas with these activities using as it has supported the Geotechnologies. As result is verified that urban agriculture is a reality in the intra-urban space, Geotechnologies.As result is verified that urban agriculture is a reality in the intra-urban space, occupying empty and deep spaces of yards, with diversified activities generating work, job, income, alimentary security, beyond products for the local commerce.
