| Resumo: | The purpose of this work is to establish relationships between the game hopscotch and the process of constructing the first author’s doctoral thesis. The article presents the scenario of the hopscotch game intertwined with the thesis research, where the researcher's memories wove the present work with an ethnic-racial bias in education. We present the methodology based on childhood memories and memories in the quilombo. |
