| Sumario: | The work "Autonomia Privada Coletiva como Instrumento de Violação dos Direitos Fundamentais Sociais dos Trabalhadores" (free translation: Collective Private Autonomy as an Instrument of Violation of the Fundamental Social Rights of Workers), by Graziela Colombari, is a work of paramount importance in the current Brazilian scenario of precarious employment relationships after the Labor Reform operated by Law No. 13,467 / 2017, in that the negotiated prevails over the legislated, according to the art. 611-A of the CLT. In this sense, the work deeply analyzes the collective private autonomy, recognized in the Federal Constitution in its Article 7, XXVI, as an instrument of violation of the fundamental rights of workers. |
