| Summary: | Introduction: The practice based on evidences is an approach that establishes the use of research results in clinical practice, being the integrative review one of its instruments. Objective: To synthetize the contributions of studies that point out the evidences of nursing actions for patients with neoplastic wound under palliative care. Method: The study was guided by the method of integrative review. To select the articles, two databases were used: Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences and Scientific Electronic Library Online. Results: In accordance with the pre-established inclusion criteria, a sample of seven articles was obtained. After analyzing the articles included in the review, the results showed that among nursing actions directed to patients with neoplastic wounds under palliative care, symptoms relief, comfort and wellness promotion, physical, psychological, social and spiritual improvement stood out. Conclusion: In the context of palliative care, nursing should provide a singular and humanized care to oncology patients, in order to minimize discomfort and various problems generated by the oncological disease, promoting an improvement of the quality of life of these patients. |
