Sumario:The curriculum management experience points out that during its offering, the innovative curriculum suffers some impacts of different natures that interfere in its composition. How, then, to keep it innovative? The study resulting from this problem set the following objective: to discuss the permanent cycle of reconstruction that permeates the innovative curriculum in higher education. The methodology used was the exploratory study of a specialization course from 2002 to 2012. In the end, it is concluded that the permanent renewal of the curriculum based on systemic management that occurs in cycles is the strategy that allows the curriculum remain innovative in the context of continuous transformation.
