| Resumo: | [ES] Industrial reconversion or changes in the economic model led to the closure of important mining centres, with severe consequences for the surrounding population. The abundance and richness of their industrial heritage has led to the creation of museums and mining parks, with different orientations and degrees of ambition. Converted into tourist products, they are visited in very disparate numbers. It is more difficult to know how visitors receive this experience, whether on social networks or on the Trip Advisor platform, which specialises in this field. This article analyses the sentiment of these visitors using a novel methodology and computer applications. |
