Resumo:This article was developed with a futuristic vision, because the changes, the processes of rural and urban development are examined; these that should be raised supported by the contributions of the scientific world linked to this science that studies human interactions in populations that, being small, have grown and formed conglomerates or cities with difficulties and problems, challenges that are present day by day in social development characterizing each of them due to its serious and controversial situation, which distinguishes them for a deep and specific study. The objective of this article leads us to design plans, programs and projects for the development of processes with the purpose of improving the quality of life of people, applying new activities and interacting and using tools that allow us to replace the application of a gradation of zones capable of exhibiting the multiplicity of situations that arise in the spaces, as a result of the mutual influence between urban and rural qualities. Necessarily contributing to social change in urbanization processes such as sustainable and long-term development in cities and in the countryside. Considering the current global, regional, national and local challenges, proposed as possible solutions including participation and social integration.
